First Summer Boot Camp Is Almost Here!
Starting May 13, Tar Heel Training Boot Camp is back for another go around! Sessions will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings starting at 6:30 AM at Southern Village Community Park. $99 gets you 12 hour long sessions with certified and experience trainer, plus a group of like minded people who are all there for the same reason, to get in shape, get moving, and support each other in the process. You don't need a gym membership to stay in shape

My path to true fitness started when I was a senior in college. I was doing the standard weight training routine of three days per week with cardio on two other days, I
thought I was in good shape, but I was completely wrong. A freind introduced me to a new way of training that, in short, made me work harder than I ever had before. At the end of
the workout I was gassed, but completely addicted to this new method of training.
That workout changed my life forever, and now I want to use my years of experience engaging in high intensity, functional, strength building and fat shredding workouts to you.
First, I obtained my degree and certifications
- Master of Arts in Exercise Physiology from UNC Chapel Hill
- Crossfit Level I
- Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine
- American Heart Association CPR & AED
